geocode-glib conflict resolved in acreetionos + acreetionos-xlibre

After weeks of dependency wrestling, the geocode-glib update conflict in AcreetionOS-Xlibre has been resolved and merged into release-1. Both the main acreetionos and acreetionos-xlibre ISOs will now build cleanly from the updated package tree, so your next install session should go without hitting a dependency wall.
